Growing up in Singapore in the 1980's, I struggled with skin conditions like eczema, which often kept me from daily activities—from wearing boots during National Service in the early 2000's to using a keyboard at work. These flare-ups were triggered by both the environment and everyday products.

 

Since 2022, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for artisanal Mediterranean products after subscribing to a monthly box featuring goods from the region. Rich in history, heritage, and craftsmanship, the Mediterranean has become a source of inspiration for me. Incorporating natural products into my routine has noticeably improved my skin and overall well-being, highlighting the value of high-quality ingredients.

 

Through Emunah, I want to support local artisans and handcrafted workshops as well as introduce Singaporeans to the rich culture and traditions behind these lands. I also want to promote the beauty and benefits of using natural products.

The name Emunah carries personal meaning: “E” reminds me of my youngest daughter, Emily, and its sound echoes Abigail, my eldest. It also reflects a shared spiritual heritage—first used to describe Abraham’s faith and trust in God. The word "Naturals" represents my commitment to stewarding nature’s offerings.

 

We all need a little faith and trust sometimes.
